Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns due to customer preferences, such as size issues or differences in image expectations, cannot be accepted.

・Item name
・Photo(s) clearly showing the defect or issue
・Description of the issue

Once the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either an exchange or a refund.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations:
・More than 8 days have passed since the item was delivered
・The item has been used
The item has been damaged or stained after delivery
The item is missing original tags, accessories, or packaging
